I was nervous going in to do this for the first time and the people there were so friendly, it didn't seem so scary. Since then I've gone 6 more times and its really felt rewarding. Also, I like the coupons and gift card you get after a donation, really feels nice. Will keep going whenever I'm down there.

I like that the staff are kind friendly and also very helpful. I think the line for your vitals check could use some chairs for donors to sit as they wait being as the wait in line are seemingly long, and sometimes when you get to the desk some donors blood pressure is high from standing so long.

People waiting almost 3 hours means you have a schedule issue. I block out 2 hours. It's all I have. Can't do a 3 hour tour.

RE: New Rewards Program 12/3/23 BioLife sent me a message saying join their new rewards program, earn extra loyalty items. So OK, I read the details and signed up. Nothing in details said anything about normal weekly donation reimbursement. 12/4/23 received notice my weekly compensation for a second donation went from $85 down to $70. What one hand giveth the other hand taketh away. I would rather have the higher compensation than some non cash reward. At this point I would not recommend joining the new rewards program.
