Biolife in Temecula has a great customer service and staff, especially Summer (nurse) who always doing above and beyond. She always takes care of the donors when they're done even it's not her zone. Few times that few staff just ignored me even when they heard that my machine was done and beeping bur Summer is always the one who's always there whenever she hear the beeps 😊

Went in for 1st time donor Physical…
Went in for 1st time donor Physical Appt. at Milwaukee location on Silver Spring Dr. & got there 24 mins early for appointment.
Checked in & received the Red Card right away. Then I sat ignored for 1hr & 15 minutes, no one let me know where i was in queue or nothing. I got fed up & left, at least they could have given me common courtesy to let me know what was going on or some updates. They truly don’t know how to treat people properly at this location. I decided to donate at a different company where it went relatively quickly & smoothly and at least someone was touching base with me every once in a while. Do not go to BioLife as they are managed poorly.

Staff are unfriendly and crabby
Staff are unfriendly and crabby. I asked a question regarding a medication and the nurse was very rude and responded as if I was bothering her. Being a nurse myself, it is sad to see staff treat people this way. People come here to help others, I feel they should be greeted with a warm comforting smile and kindness. I wouldn’t recommend this center for people to donate.

All staff are so friendly
All staff are so friendly. I donate enough that they know me by name and that is so personal. I would recommend going if you can. Very gentle with the stick too.

Their vital machines are not correct
Their vital machines are not correct. I go to the flint location. Same station had several times had denied me for a high heart rate.l (112 and 114). I monitor my heart rate and blood pressure with a brand new medical cuff. Never is it over 90 even at Drs. After checking in car twice after denying heart rate was at 78 and 82. I even counted my rate before taking test this last time and got the same number (78). I won't waste my time here ever again. The wait is always terrible and one time they messed up putting needle in. It hurt and i felt like I was going to pass out. My arm was horribly bruised for two weeks.

Once again, nothin' but love
Once again, nothing but love for these folks. I finally ran into troubles, and close together. A hemotoma, and a machine malfunction, and still no pain. I don't know if Brenda or Marveisha is the most beautiful girl alive, or if I see them that way because they're my angels, you'll have to decide that for yourself. Tell 'em Brian sent you and you'll get a.....well you won't get anything extra but they'll know you read this and they'll surely tell me about it. That's always fun. My advice is find a friend that isn't a chicken%h#t, and refer him/her. Then you get the buddy bonus on top of your compensation. Add that to the new rewards program and nobody else comes close. Take it from a guy that is a known scaredy cat with needles, these guys and gals have helped me overcome my fear, and that's gonna go a long way with old age labs coming up real soon. Give 'em a try, you'll be glad you did or else........well, again nothing , but trust me, you'll be glad you did. Still time to earn 300+ before Christmas for new donors. See y'all at 1:15 today, Brian
