I donated on the 28th in the morning and didn't get paid. I do not live in Missoula and don't have the gas to get home because I didn't get paid! When this happens you should compensate us for the big inconvenience

The girls and 1 guy are very professional. They try to get to u asap and apologize if they get a little back up. They are alright in my book

All the staff are very professional and keep you informed and at ease through the whole process

I donated plasma at the Warren Michigan location on 12/28/23. I was supposed to be paid $90 immediately after my donation. It has been 24 hours and I still have not been paid. Biolife is aware of the issue. They have not made a statement on the app or website regarding this issue or when I/we will be compensated. They took my plasma yesterday afternoon while being aware yesterday morning that there was an issue. This is fraud! I want my $90 plus an additional $90 for my aggravation and trouble!

I had donated plasma and never received my payment. It’s been 24 hours and nothing yet. And when I call in all the center can tell me is there are IT problems and they are working on it. I was relying on that money to get a little bit of groceries.
