Everybody is nice and caring at the facility in Middletown Ohio. I have never had an issue in the time I have been donating.

Honestly, it's just not worth it. The location in Roanoke, Virginia will take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to get you in and out and with the pay rate what it is now I can't justify the time. The ROI just isn't there.

Very clean place and friendly staff

Have been trying to get call backs from management of the Dallas and Irving offices. Dallas on Hampton is a Zoo...LOOKS like waiting area for a prison. Irving location sometimes moves better, but I've ben there waiting 30 minutes to be hooked up and saw someone come in, check in and get hooked up before I could ever get the needles in me.

I started donating just this month and have driven about 45 miles twice a week to help others and earn extra income. Biolife is a professional, sterile clinic with well trained, professional and friendly staff. I've felt welcomed and safe each time and have always had a good experience. I've felt free to ask questions, and helped to get through each donation efficiently.

2 poor experiences in one week brought me to this review. My first visit resulted in a 90 minute visit due to understaffing. The second came for my being 6 minutes late for my second appointment today and being told they have a 5 minute rule and I missed the cutoff, no exceptions, reschedule. The nurse was rude and walked away - ridiculous and extremely unprofessional approach.

They are friendly and helpful. I have had awesome experiences there and they take good care of you while you are donating.
