Alicia and Christine were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone

The staff always has a smile on their faces. Always friendly. They are great at their job!!!

They are always understaffed and I’m never there less than 2.5 to 3hrs. The wait is so frustrating and keeps a lot of people away.

This facility is ran very efficiently friendly staff...no waiting ,you schedule appointment for physical and go into start your processing right away... I was there my first time for a Lil over a hour... If you Liv in the Lima Ohio area please check out the Bio Life on Elida Rd. TRICA was the phlebotomy that serviced me very professional

My recent visit was unfortunately a less that perfect experience. The technician was busy and chatty. When he came to me he missed the vein and tried to reposition it but no go. It was somewhat painful and he needed to use my other arm. My arm bruised for the 1st time. The rest of the staff are very good.

Very easy to check in? Great staff to deal with? Very pleasant.

Amazing experience taking out of my blood and the employee very friendly environment doing great job feeling blessed giving too god what i gibbing to the people of my blood always felt i was giving a good life for other people

I was visiting from Texas and I cannot say enough good things about this location! Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming. It was such a contrast from my donations in Houston. Where my donation time is usually 1 to 1.5 hours, my donation only took 30 min at this one. Fancy, fast machines and friendly service. What a fabulous experience! Thank you 😊
