Incredible Experience with Billabook
Incredible Experience! I had an amazing time booking my hotel through Billabook for my recent trip. I was a bit hesitant because I hadn’t used them before, but the price was too good to pass up. The hotel was fantastic—everything was just as I expected. Billabook is definitely my go-to for future travel plans!

"The worst booking experience I’ve ever had
"The worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I made a reservation through Billabook and paid for my hotel 20 days in advance. When I arrived, I discovered that my booking didn’t exist. I was forced to wait for 5 hours in the hotel lobby, sending numerous emails trying to resolve the issue. The app has no phone number for support, and the email responses were nothing but vague suggestions to 'be patient,' with no clear answers or immediate help. The experience was incredibly stressful, and customer service was non-existent. I will never use Billabook again and do not recommend it to anyone."

Booked a sandals thru the website
Booked a sandals thru the website. Was skeptical at first as it was $2500 cheaper than the sandals website for the same room. Everything was legit, gave me a confirmation number for the resort which you can call and confirm. April was quick to reply with emails to my questions and concerns. Can't believe the savings! Excited for my vacation now that I don't feel like I overpaid
