Best price luxury hotel
It was all perfect, amazing hotel for the best price!

Price not the best
Although the reservation process went smoothly as well as finding the reservation with the hotel, main problem was the price as I found out that booking directly I would have get same rate but with breakfast included which as an equivalent value of €64 per day. So for a site that claim to be price the strongest point this was not the case.

Our price was the most competitive at the time of booking, otherwise, you wouldn’t have chosen the Billabook result, which had the lower rate on Google Hotels. The reservation was made nearly 30 days prior to arrival with a non-refundable rate. It’s possible that the price changed later, but unfortunately, we must adhere to the cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and are always working to offer the best value for our customers.

NYC hotel - great rate - very happy!
Booked a NYC hotel a couple of months before travelling at half the rack rate. Was a little concerned a couple of weeks before travelling, so phoned the hotel directly to check they had the reservation. They did! Very happy with Billabook indeed!

I made a reservation in September for…
I made a reservation in September for my trip in November. I was able to check in without a problem. However, when it came to check out, I was told the agency never paid. Therefore, the resort would not let me leave unless I paid AGAIN. The only way to get in contact with this company is through email. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
