Really easy to book, amazing price and trusting. I had absolutely no problem at the hotel and it was an amazing staying!

Booked the hotel de berri in Paris, France and billabook said the reservation is confirmed. Called hotel de berri to see my confirmation. First they can not locate the reservation and then called after two days. The hotel said that the agency billabook canceled the reservation. The billabook kept me hanging for 4-5 days without any solid confirmation from the hotel. This is absurd. Stay away from it.super disappointed. Have to open a chargeback to get refund for this fraud. Jan 6th, 2025. Per their respond, i never asked them to cancel the reservation. They are lying about this too. They canceled the reservation themselves with the hotel and wasted my times. Please avoid this company at any cost.
