In the darkest, most bleak, most uncertain time of my life, BetterHelp has been there and has turned it all around. I've been using it for about a year now and talking with my counselor, knowing they will help me through life's hardships is, hands down, the best part of my week. I’ve been trying BetterHelp for a few months now, and my experience has been great. The process of registration was very clear and smooth, and the payment options very suitable and flexible. I am also very happy with the matching process and the therapist I was assigned. She is smart and empathetic. The therapy process also involves worksheets which you fill on your own which complement the sessions very nicely. I highly recommend it.

Betterhelp is a great resource. There are some kinks and figuring out how to pay/what your plan is, not the most easy-to-use set up. But the therapist I have worked with is phenomenal and I consider her worth the technical difficulties. Also, love how I can do it from home and then never have excuse that I am 'too busy', keeps me accountable.
