Best online therapy app. Very convenient fits any lifestyle.

I have been working with a councilor for only a couple of months and it has already given me more insight and understanding about what is going on with me. I don't feel alone anymore. I feel like I matter again. I owe that to Better Help.

I was hurting. Trying to figure out why after 2 years the death of my husband hurt so bad. I called was able to get an appointment with Judy through BetterHelp and she has been amazing. I would highly recommend BetterHelp for anyone that needs someone to talk to regardless of what you are going through.

I have been considering online counseling for most of this year (2020) and finally, recently decided I had gotten as far as I could w/o some help from a professional. All I can say is that I wish I had tried sooner. The process to start is easy and I was given a most suitable counselor given my beliefs and needs. I would highly recommend anyone considering using this online counseling service to do so. Immediately.

I had downloaded the app and was about to start using it when reading some of their articles. Suddenly I bumped into an article about battling the fear of death. I was SHOCKED and appalled by the article recommending to people to adopt a faith or religion regardless of whether they are religious, as a way to battle the phobia. Freedom of religion and the right to faith is also a right for those with no faith. Telling people NOT to have a faith in an article would be intervening with their right. So why is it ok to tell people with no faith that spirituality is the way to battle phobias? It's the same as disgusting trying to convince people with no faith into having a religion. Theres no respect for diversity whatsoever in this app. Spaces like this should have respect for one's faith but should remain neutral and not promote a certain point of view on the matter. There's no way I'm paying a penny on this app.

I was feeling hopeless about finding therapy and then I got to try BetterHelp. It really helped that I was able to switch from the first therapist I was assigned and had the opportunity to read other therapists bios and choose my own. Dr. Caleb Reese has been extremely supportive and available through these difficult past few months. I finally found a therapist who practices CBT. I hope other people have as much luck as I did using BetterHelp's website.

I wish I could give Better”Help” ZERO stars. Stuck in a place where I couldn’t meet with a counselor in person and not wanting to just drive to the ER in a pandemic, I thought I’d start online. I’ve been seeing ads and hearing others’ success stories of beginning counseling shortly after COVID hit. I was literally turned away, told to look elsewhere and they gave me the suicide hotline number. Take my word for it, USE OPEN PATH! I can’t stress this enough. My wonderful therapist who I’ve been seeing once weekly since March actually called this experience malpractice on their part. I will never forget how cast aside I felt, like I should’ve really just killed myself because not even better help wanted me. Disgusting. Do not support this business.
