If this service helps other people, great for them. My experience was terrible. The first therapist was sending me prerecorded/pretyped messages after I poured my heart out. I’ve read some other reviewers who said they think it was a bot...I actually thought that before I even wrote this review. Or I got someone who just gives the same answers to everyone. Copy + paste therapist, so helpful. The second therapist was judgemental, blamed me for my problems (seriously?) and told me to find someone else. Wow. Hardcore fail. Neither counselor I was “matched with” asked me a single question. I’m also fairly sure they didn’t read ANYTHING that I wrote. I reached out for help. “BetterHelp” it is not.

I highly recommend Better Help! I love the flexibility and being able to reach out to my therapist at any time without having to schedule a session. It's really helping me and I'm so glad I found this site and my current therapist.

I also love all the features in the app, like the journaling, the worksheets, the seminars and the messaging feature. It’s an easy way to encourage you to work on yourself not just in your therapy session, but throughout the week as well. In just 4 weeks I’ve noticed a huge change in myself. I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone, but especially to someone on the fence about therapy or someone who thinks they’re too busy for therapy.
