As someone who previously benefitted from in-person counseling sessions, I was a bit skeptical of an online service until my step-daughter recommended BetterHelp to me. So, I thought I'd give it a try. Based on the initial questionnaire, I was matched with a wonderful therapist with whom I hit it off from minute one. She has been everything I had hoped for in someone who can both listen attentively and offer constructive advice. Besides the weekly sessions, there is also the ability to communicate via message any time you need to, which I have done, as well. I fully intend to keep going with my therapist for the foreseeable future and have every expectation of a positive outcome. If you have any doubts about the online venue, please don't let that stop you from trying BetterHelp. It's made a significant difference for me in a very short time.

You cannot find a more suitable online therapy app than BetterHelp. There is nothing more to say. If you want or need help, it is online and convenient. JUST DO IT. They are truly amazing people.

My advice is to complete the initial form with as much detail as possible. I was matched to a therapist exactly how I requested. To the point we have exatly the same haircut and hair colour! Fab!
