The assessment to match you with the right therapist was clear cut and I was paired with a Phenomenal therapist!!! The wait time wasn’t as long as if my Doctor found one for me. I did the assessment on a Wednesday, paired on a Thursday morning and once he read my information he reached out to me and did a video session that Saturday. It’s been going smooth and great every since. I’ve already referred 3 of my friends to BetterHelp as well.

I am very grateful to have received recommendations from friends to try BetterHelp. I had tried it once and wasn't happy with my first therapist. I was encouraged by a friend to get back on it and stay until I could find someone suited. BetterHelp asks questions about what type of therapist you would be more inclined to be comfortable with. Questions that are really important in order to open up to someone that will then try to help and guide you. Vulnerability is at its highest when seeking therapy, therefore I am glad that I found a place that knows it and makes sure that we are well taken care of. I left a review for my therapist and received an email from the founder thanking me for sharing. That is definitely heartfelt and appreciated. Without hesitation I would, I am recommending this platform to anyone out there who needs it! Our mental health is important, and we do not have to suffer alone, I am learning this the BEST WAY!!!

The matching system put me with the perfect counselor - one who understands I am grieving the loss of my husband and helps me understand how to handle my new path.
