I love my therapist, Roxy Mico! She is attentive, experienced, and delightful. Better Help has been a really awesome platform for me. I love the option to message my therapist anytime.

Well, I really liked my Therapist and she did a great job. However, I found out that the day I signed up on betterehelp, they charged me for a session every week, even if I didn't have one scheduled. So out of 12 weeks/charges, I only met with the therapist 4 times! Did she get paid 12x or only 4x? Don't know. However, I never signed up for a program that would imput a charge without receiving a service. I didn't get anywhere with the help desk so am having to dispute $720.00. I'm sorry I can't continue with this service as it was helpful.

after years of struggling on and off with my mental health i have made many attempts to heal and get mentally healthy which have all failed. after being let down by every other resource under the sun i found betterhelp. i was matched with Raymond Ronan and can i just say wow. never in my life have i felt so valued and appreciated. not once was i made to feel invalid and sessions were set to my own pace. he was so incredibly supportive and pushed me to work on myself. cannot recommend him enough. the service in general is user friendly and i in particular enjoyed the use of the journal tab in which i could write following prompts or just word vomit on the page all of which i could share directly with my therapist to help deepen understanding

I always see ads about BetterHelp and I’ve never had a therapist before and I’m 30+ years old. I decided to give it a try and I’m SO happy I did. I’ve had a great experience and grateful to have matched with a wonderful therapist on the 1st match. She gets me! Give them a try if you need a therapist. I love how I can have a session anywhere from my phone, couch or even the car if needed.

The platform matches you with a therapist without asking what type of therapy you’re seeking or what you hope to achieve. I ended up paying for two sessions only to discover that my therapist’s approach wasn’t a good fit for me. It was only during those sessions that I learned about the different therapeutic approaches available. Additionally, you cannot message therapists before matching to explain your expectations or determine if they might be a suitable fit. This lack of transparency and flexibility has made my first experience with therapy a frustrating and disappointing one, thanks to this poorly organized platform.

I love this platform. When I signed up I was able to write about what I was going through at the time which helped me to reframe my orientation to my goals and objectives. That alone helped. I also get a group session included in my subscription and those cover many helpful subjects. My therapist is amazing and is an important part of my support system now. I am impressed with how the platform picked out the perfect match for me.

This therapist no-showed an appointment, contacted us four hours and later and then tried to say that she did show up to the appointment and reach out. I think it’s the first time I’ve ever been gaslight by a therapist, of all people. I am familiar with the platform I booked an appointment with her on. She never reached out to us until well after the appointment.

I have had numerous unhelpful therapists in the past. I signed up and paid $90 for the week with Better Help. I gave them my specific requirements and they responded immediately. And within a day matched me with a brilliant therapist and a 45 min appointment for a few days later. I'm very happy with Better Help and I suggest you give them a try for a minimal investment of $90.
