The therapist did not seem very experienced,I felt worse after speaking to her , she was more like an unqualified but well meaning lay person ! the better help company is money grabbing I’ve stppped the direct debit as it’s a rubbish company with probably unqualified therapists

Really wish sessions were longer it's hard to get everything I need out of 45 mins

My therapist is fantastic. She is supportive, encouraging and empathetic. Off we’re ever have call quality issues, Better Help responds quickly and always makes it right. This is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time.
