BetterHelp is amazing. The therapists are great. They make your therapy journey so easy and are very helpful. Being able to attend virtually makes it so simple. I am thankful for BetterHelp and my therapy journey.

If I could have put zero stars I would have. Better help kept charging my credit card after I went into long term care. I had no access to phones or internet. I signed up for a "trial period" and put my card in. I never once spoke to a therapist. When I came out of treatment I tried to call. Can't do that. I emailed and never even got the courtesy of a response. Thousands of dollars were charged and I never saw a single therapist. I am sure it says somewhere that you will be charged if you don't cancel but come on! That's ridiculous. They have to know that I never saw a therapist. They never even had the decency to respond to my request for refund, let alone do it. I thought it was called "betterhelp"? I got no help and got ripped off at the worst time of my life. The only thing they are better at is taking advantage of people who are in need. Disgraceful wf!

My therapist Thomas Budroe is one of the best things to come into my life recently. I'm a trauma one emt studying again and he has been guiding me through the difficulties I face with ptsd and whatever. I'm also a professional chef and he advises me on everything, super knowledgeable. Not sure how were paired up, so glad we were. As a fellow in the medical field, I would recommend him and better help to anybody. Thanks guys and gals.

I went into counseling for grief, trauma and anxiety. Amanda, my therapist, was a gem. God Bless her I was jumping from one thing to another but she gave me some homework to work on amd as of today I feel 100% better. Sure, I still have bad moments....but no longer bad days or weeks. Thanks to coping skills Amanda provided. I have told several friends about Betterhelp. Also...I've actually had friends ask what have I been doing I seem to be getting back to my old self. Want BetterHelp....then reach out TODAY!

BetterHelp had great choices for therapists meeting my criteria. First and foremost was to find someone who was Christian-based. The app is user-friendly, I love the reminders and the easy links to everything in the text reminders. For someone with a busy life, who doesn’t get much time to myself, BetterHelp has been a Godsend. I love my therapist, and am so pleased with the progress I am making with her guidance.

Pour les autres ça sera une arnaque en plus à gérer. J'ai été prélevé 2 fois de 140€ et mon compte n'est toujours pas activé et le service client better help m'indique qu'ils n'ont aucune trace de mes paiements malgré l'envoi de mon relevé de compte avec les 2 paiements à leur nom, les numéros de transaction certifiés par ma banque ainsi que l'heure à la minute près des paiements. Cela fait 2 semaines que je me bats ainsi que de nombreux mails et que la seule réponse du service client c'est "on a aucune trace des paiements". On ne me donne aucune solution alors que je leur ai tout donné, mon argent, mon temps et ma santé mentale. Fuyez !
