Just like in organizations, people quit their managers, not their company. The same here, I appreciate and enjoy my professional, Dr. Beaupre. She's outstanding and has been. I've had a professional relationship with her for over 6 years. Obviously, there are reasons for that longevity. She has expertise that is supportive helpful and Godly, important for me.

You won’t regret getting help with BetterHelp. When I lost my mother and my 25 year job, I didn’t know what my purpose was and I was lost. Thankfully I was able to connect with Ann and it really has made a difference.

Finding a therapist in my area was impossible. My daughter suggested BetterHelp and I am now finally seeing someone. My therapist is outstanding and I am hoping my Medicare Advantage plan will assist with the cost. If they do not, I will remain a patient.

Better help are a con. They take extra money out of your account even after you stop and then send you automated responses pretending to be people and they dont refund you but make excuses about why. I know at least three people that had the same experience

Sometimes we just talk, but always knowing my therapist is there for me provides a sense of comfort should I need to feel some calm.

The therapists that I have encountered on the site are knowledgeable and have actively helped me through my struggles. They have even given me things to bring to my Primary Care and helped me catch some deficiencies that otherwise would of gone unnoticed. The site itself is easy to navigate and has plenty of tools to stay in touch with my therapist. I even have the ability to communicate with them outside of regular meetings if something suddenly happens that I want to vent about. The one thing that I wish could be improved is an audio journal instead of just writing my thoughts down. I am a verbal person and so I feel I could better express myself in my journals if I had the ability to do audio journals.

Therapists have been unprofessional and/or unqualified. Low accountability for poor performance because being easy to switch is a main feature, like with fast fashion or designed obsolescence tech. Switching therapists wastes time and money for the patient, and lowers expenses for the corporate owners of Betterhelp. Low quality is built into their business model.
