If you want a company that has your back when things go wrong, THIS IS NOT THAT company. It is to bad that they tie everything up with countless emails. If you wish to join me in a class action dance, then send me a message and I will add you to the growing of people that bedstory has SCREWED. J'ai commandé 2 matelas garanties 10ans au bout de6 ans les matelas sont défoncés, je leur montre des photos pour étayer mes dires, ils m'en demandent des autres, pour me dire après on ne retrouve plus votre commande, alors retourner vers Amazon. Ils se moquent vraiment des clients.
