The product did not function as I expected but the customer service was excellent.

I bought a king medium plush mattress. Used it since December when I moved in my new house. I liked it at first but unfortunately I need a softer more plush mattress. Customer service was great. I had no problems with receiving a response. They tried several ways to help me receive the perfect mattress for my needs. I would definitely recommend this company and these mattress’s. They are very nice, affordable and customer service is excellent

I initially had an issue with my mattress and reached out a few times, but the company followed up and resolved everything quickly. They were professional and supportive throughout the process and even provided a partial refund. Overall, I’m very happy with their customer service.

Unfortunately we could not get comfortable with the bed. We were slightly outside the return window because this was bought for our winter vacation home and we were not here to arrange a return. Even still BedStory made things right by providing a full refund.

I ordered a mattress from BedStory and while the mattress itself was fine, the firmness level wasn't what I needed for my back issues. As to the mattress itself, it was well made, it expanded fully, and without any chemical smells. The quality was very good and if the mattress was a higher firmness level, it would be great. I gave it a few weeks and the mattress was just too soft so I contacted them for either a refund or exchange. They didn't have an ultra-firm option so we chose to return the mattress. The return process was simple, we received the refund quickly, and the return process is just a phone call and someone picking up the mattress. Overall, the customer service was great and I just wished they made a firmer version of their mattresses.

Helpful customer support, solved my problem quickly

We wished we had picked up the right firmness from the beginning so we did not have to ask for a return out of state. Which could probably would have cost us more than the mattress itself. So we settled for a discount. Other than that, the product is very nice, and we hope to find the right topper to make up for some of the discomfort caused by an ultra firm mattress. I have purchased 3 types of mattresses from Bedstory, one twin, one queen and one king mattress. All of them are just the right way of getting into bed after a tiring day. The relief these mattresses provide after a good sleep is worth mentioning. Also, the customer interaction is handled promptly and I am extremely happy about Bedstory purchases.
