We kept our mattress for the better part of the full year to really give it its best chance but couldn't stand the back pain anymore. When trying to file the warranty, they refuse to just give us the full refund promised. I have been going in circles for months telling them multiple times I don't want their partial refund offers and they keep giving more offers ans tips to make it work within the first few weeks to months, which we are well beyond. They do everything they can to NOT honor the warranty, so I recommend to just buy your mattress from somewhere else. This is not worth the pain of this customer service team and I will never buy anything from them again. Very dishonest.

- missing 3 inch all around the bed - deformed - come in a rolls without air that break all material inside so the bed wont come back is original form! - bad quality material its the last time i buy a bed rolled like paper-thin. its not professional to ripe material like that! im very disapointed of bed story i wont buy there anymore i dont like the company and there product!

Less than ideal customer service. I purchased a mattress topper, but then ended up no longer needing it after I received it. I reached out to start a return because the website said it was easy. It should not have taken 7 days to resolve this issue. Your website states "hassle-free return" and “free pickup". Yet customer service hassled me for a week to keep this product that I changed my mind on, no longer had a use for, and did not want in my home anymore. Not only was I upfront about my change in needs, I received fake empathy from their side saying they understood the situation, apologized for the CONTINUOUS frustration and the CONTINUOUS back-and-forth, and still could not process a return. I have told so many friends and family about this situation. I was baffled at how much it felt like a complete scam purchasing from this company.

My order wasn’t left at my door. Just a tag from UPS. My brother was out back working. Now I cannot contact anyone to see what to do about my order!! Do you know?

I sent an email requesting partial refund since there was a price drop within 2 days of placing an order. The difference in price was $54, however, only asked for $27 price difference. Response to email was quick however I was advised only $10 would be credited back to me until they confirmed price difference. Never received another response and still have not received any $10 credit. 😳

I bought a firm mattress topper little a month ago. For the first couple of weeks one word. Great. Nice and firm. After a couple of weeks the topper started to break down. I can no longer sleep on the cheap junk. Yes price was really good. Now I know why. I've sent in a complaint asking for a return and refund. No response !

I reached out to Customer Service, but I have not heard back. This is the second mattress topper I have ordered from Bedstory. The first one I ordered through Amazon and it was perfect, just as advertised (extra firm). This one is absolutely not as advertised . It was stated as "extra firm, " and it is not at all. I have no idea on how to return this as it is not very large and hard to ship.
