I made two phone calls on two different days and all's I got was a recording saying that they would call back. I never got a call back and still haven't got a call back so I did the purchase on my own without any info from customer Representatives I haven't got my mattress yet so I can't rate how the mattress will be but I'm hoping that it will be as good as it says

3.5 Stars- Bought a mattress topper, which was good on its own. I thought it would firm up my already soft mattress that’s a foam/spring hybrid, however it just made it worse. I do think my mattress is just too soft for anything to make it firmer, so I do not fault the topper. I gave 3.5 stars because when trying to email them to set up a return there were about six response emails exchange's when asking for a free return and free pick and they kept responding with keep the topper and we will give you a partial refund. That partial refund number kept going up, so I finally gave up and took the partial refund and kept the topper ( which I have no use for now). The response time was quick, but still no full refund as I originally wanted.

I gave 3 stars only because of the customer service. After offering me discount counts they finally gave me my money back so ill give them 3 stars but as fot the mattress I will give 0 stars. I ordered this 14 inch mattress, after 1 night my body was in so much pain. I am now sleeping on the floor until my new mattress arrives. Customer service and I went round and round with the offering of 20% 40% 50% but finally they gave me 100%. I donated the mattress with their approval because they wanted me to hold it for 2 to 3 weeks which was impossible to do living in a 1 bedroom. The customer isn't bad but the mattress is horrible.

I am rating a 3 because I was extremely pleased with their product and wanted to buy another bed. I reached out to their customer service department which was quick to respond and I deeply appreciate that. Only thing is they no longer have the bed available and cannot find me anything comparable? That’s odd to me. Especially since I am giving them such props on their product being comfortable you’d think they’d want to retain me as a customer and offer me a comparable product to purchase. That is my only feed back.

The customer service was quick to respond and helpful. However it required several days of writing back and forth to reach a reasonable agreement.

Ich habe mir über amazon diesen Geltopper wg. meiner Rückenbeschwerden auf Empfehlung gekauft. Er entfaltete sich schnell, kaum Geruch. Leider stimmt der Härtegrad nicht. Viel härter als angegeben. Hab noch mehr Rückenschmerzen als vorher. Für meine 55 kg leider nicht geeignet, keine Unterstützung der Wirbelsäule. Habe 20% Preisnachlass bekommen auf meine Reklamation. Wusste nicht wie ich das Teil wieder in einen Karton bekommen sollte und habe das darum angenommen. Sehr schade das alles, nun werde ich versuchen ihn privat für n Appel und n Ei wieder loszuwerden od. zur Not zum Sperrmüll. Der Service war aber sehr freundlich. Das hilft nur dem Rücken nicht.😪

Well to start off. I was unfamiliar with a product like this. I'm not real happy with the fact that, trying to roll over its like an up hill battle. Sorry it's how I feel.

Ordering process and delivery went well. Foam mattress (3" extra firm, good for back pain) disappointed me. My sleep and back pain did not improve.
