Ordered a fire pit burner ring and log set. Selection was daunting (so many different sizes, BTUs, components) so I called to speak to a customer service/sale rep. The woman I spoke to did not have any knowledge regarding fire pits so I was left to fend for myself. I did exhaustive research and came up with the right items but it would have been truly helpful if the sales rep had some idea regarding the items they sell. Overall though the products are great and work perfectly.

Customer Service Rep Elizabeth Hunt went above and beyond today to get us a part in a last minute request! She did everything from contacting the vendor to looking up dealers in our local area that might have some in stock! Ultimately Blaze offered to overnight it to us, which is exactly what he needed it. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into making this happen! Thank you Ms.Hunt!

Do NOT order anything here .. I ordered the Barbecue to arrive fir Father’s Day in April. Followed up two weeks ago they said it was within the expected shipping window. I called them today they said it was backordered then cancelled. This was with zero contact and they had nit refunded my money of over $1300. I called and after 30 minutes with customer service they said my money would be processed to be returned in 7 to 10 days! They beyond suck ! You cannot keep people’s money never contact them and now I don’t have my Father’s Day present for my husband that I planned months ago! Go some place reliable!

BBQGUYS has some great people to help you with figuring out which products will work in your situation. Like Bob from Sales who helped me, they will be very nice in helping you purchase your product. Their inventory is excellent so chances are you will be able to find what you are looking for. But heaven forbid you have to do a return. Then the fun stops. The ease of returning online orders is why I (and most others) are attracted to some online sellers over others. The process to return an item if you change your mind or find you no longer need something (I did), is arduous at best and will take you many weeks of emails, calls, and waiting before you are able to ship it back. If on the other hand you receive a damaged product (I did), the return process is much easier and quicker. I called and was helped by Kathy A in Resolutions and she was very helpful and nice. Because of the return process, I will think twice about whether I shop at BBQGUYS again. There are a lot of other competing companies out there to look at.

I placed an order on June 14, and received an email confirmation notice that my order was received. On June 17, I checked the order status and it showed that the estimated shipping date on my items was September 7!!! I had not received any communication from BBQ Guys that my order was delayed for any reason. However, upon checking my credit card on line I found that I had already been charged for the entire order. It was not a pending charge, it was a posted charge. So basically they were going to keep my money for 90 days before I received my merchandise. I called customer service and simultaneously initiated an on-line chat. I never got past the recordings on the phone call. After about 20 minutes I did get a response on chat. They couldn't really account for the extended shipping time. In the meantime, my husband found the item from another place online and we could get it in two days. Guess you know who that was. So I asked them to cancel the order the refund my money. The customer service person told me he would have to check and make sure the item had not been shipped from Traeger before they could refund my money. I told him this was not acceptable, and asked how they would feel if they ordered stock from Traeger and were required to pay for it today, but they wouldn't get it for three months? He didn't have a response. I do have an emailed cancellation confirmation, but they said it would take a while to get my money back. I had ordered from them several times before, but I will never order from them again. I really hate this because I try to support small businesses whenever possible.

Excellent. I needed help rearranging an order I placed, and "Mohawk Mike" was so patient and friendly while sorting out my mistakes and making sure I understood what changed. The products are quality, the customer service as well. Recommend to all my friends shopping here. Thanks BBQ GUYS!

I ordered two items on 5/10/2020. I received an email on 5/12/2020 showing both items had shipped, although separately. I was fully charged for both items. The second item has never left "preparing for shipment" status. Around 3 weeks ago I filled out their online ticket support and have never received a response. Today, I waited 30 minutes on the phone and for online chat simultaneously. The customer service agent took over an hour to verify the item had not shipped. Meanwhile, while looking over my receipt that stated "free shipping", I noticed that $6.95 for shipping was still included in the total amount that I was charged. I informed the customer service agent, who then sent me an email confirmation for the refund amount, but forgot to include the refund amount. It took another 15 minutes for him to correct this and send a second email. Needless to say, I won't order from BBQGuys again due to hidden charges and non-response on the issue for several weeks. Hopefully I actually get my refund in the 5-7 business days!

Good price, quick delivery, received in good condition and exactly as ordered. Will do business with again.
