Trustpilot, and include: I ordered four packages of colossal cooked blue crabs for more than $200. Many arrived badly crushed, with detached claws and legs, even though the shipping cooler itself was undamaged. I sent the company numerous photographs, but they did nothing to remedy the situation. They later invited me to submit a review, so I submitted an honest one-star review. More than a week later, the product page still says “No reviews,” and mine has not been published. I’m extremely disappointed in both the product and the customer service. I wish there was a way to show photos on here. It’s understandable if there are some chipped shells but these crabs were smashed in to the point of not being able to clean out the gills and guts, falling apart and totally unappetizing. I purchased them for a birthday dinner and paid extra for Saturday shipping. I couldn’t serve them because they were so unappetizing. Two out of the 4 bags I purchased were like this, so half the crabs.

I've ordered from this company twice now. First order was six pounds of crawfish tail meat, which arrived the next day still half-frozen, and I put them in the freezer for use later. (I'm in Indiana, so not a short trip.) I made six batches of crawfish etouffée and it was awesome. Second order, UPS had a delay issue and the product was not able to be delivered overnight as usual. Louisiana Crawfish emailed me immediately. Marti said they would ship a new package for delivery tomorrow. I didn't even ask for them to do that, they just did it. Fast shipping, great product, EXCELLENT customer service. I'm surprised this is the first review on TrustPilot. Anyways, as long as my hubs keeps eating the etouffée, I'll be continuing to order the crawfish meat. :) :) :)
