I have an outdoor bbq, that was already installed in a counter when I bought my home. Having nothing more than the brand name of the bbq, agent Rachael was able to view a photo I sent and steer me to the proper cover for my bbq.

Great service! We purchased a built -in Napolean grill and cabinet doors and received them in a few days. When my contractors went to install the doors we found out that they were too tall for our enclosure. We were a few days out of the return window but we were able to order the correct doors (which came fast, shipped that day) and return the other ones and just had to pay the return shipping cost. Very happy with our experience with BBQ Guys and I would absolutely do business with them again

We had specific shipping concerns that were voiced by phone to our sales agent. We were told whatever we wanted to hear in order to complete the sale. The minute they got our money, everything changed and they left us to try and fix their incompetence ourselves. They preferred to cancel the entire $4000 order tahn simply contact FedEx and redirect a small part of the order. Terrible company. We cancelled the oreder.

We purchased a grill for an outdoor kitchen a 4 years ago with a lifetime warrantee from BBQ Guys and Blaze. We also purchased refrigerator, side burners and a few other items. Our regulator for the gas hookup that they provided is now falling. BBQ Guys states we have to wait months for parts to arrive before they can ship. They have many grills available to ship as a replacement but refuse to do so. I guess warrantees mean nothing to Blaze and BBQ Guys. We will now go into the holiday season where we entertain family and friends with NO WOKING OUTDOOR KITCHEN......

Ordered a $3800 artisan grill and the grill does not work. This company offered 0 support and says they are a e-commerce company. Do yourself a favor and order from a local company that provides hands on support

The shipping time took too long and longer than they said it would take on the website. When I couldn't get the product in time, my GC couldn't wait for the vents and ended up using a product from a local outdoor store. When trying to return the product, they charged fees to return, which its their fault that it didn't come in on time.

So easy to place orders and delivery time was acceptable.
