I ordered a weber genesis grill at the height of covid shut down (in late March). While the delivery took a while (understandable). They did provide information on the freight shipping (first time for me). I like the site, the user experience was good. So overall been really happy with them, and plan to order stuff from them in the future.

I ordered a grill- it arrived on time, but I decided I did not need another grill. I contacted BBQ Guys to request return info. I never even opened the grill. Two weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. Just a canned response: We appreciate your message and are working to answer you as soon as possible. For the health and safety of our employees, we are working from home. Along with an increase in our average number of requests, this may delay responses. We are responding within 5 - 7 business days for most requests. Thank you, Sales and Service Contact Center

Ordered outside fridge 15 days ago, they charged my c/c that day, item says ships in 24-48 hrs, nothing from the company. i recently ordered from them and got a damaged product....not a big dead, it was only $20.00 but wrote a mildly negative review. buy the product on their webpage only shows 100% positive reviews....not to be trusted.

Ordered a beautiful red Weber grill, cover and aluminum chimney Jan 2020. All came on time and easily assembled. Got us thru Covid!! Great experience.

I ordered a Napoleon Prestige 500 grill and several accessories to go with it to get ready for the summer BBQ season. I found the reviews of the grill to be very helpful, as I had used Weber grills all my life. The advice on the site was great, and once I placed my order, everything went well. I received my accessories in a few days, and the delivery service called to schedule my grill delivery. EVEN BETTER - when I accidentally cut the ignitor line to the side infrared sear grill when I was cutting the tie downs, they shipped me a replacement wire free of charge. THANK YOU! Love these folks.

Awful... spent $2500 on patio set. two weeks later I was informed it would take EIGHT weeks for delivery. Summer will be over by the time I get it. To make matters worse, they don't return emails or calls. What professional organization does that? This is a poorly run company... all they care about is their web presence. They dont care about the customer at all
