Products not delivered after one month. I purchase several stainless steel outdoor kitchen items from this company. On the website items appear as in stock, and ready to ship after 1-3 business days. Shipping company called to schedule delivery, then called again to say items have not been delivered by BBQGuys to them. Poorly run business, no communication, blatantly saying items are shipping when in reality they don’t appear to have them in stock.

If there was an option to put "0" stars I would. I ordered a bull propane grill over 4 weeks ago. The site says it ships within 24-48 hours. I've been online chat three times, called after being on hold for over 30 minutes - twice and got an email that says it would ship on 6/26/2020. Since I never received confirmation of the shipping, I went online today - the 27th and checked ordered status - it now says estimated ship date of August 31st. You cannot believe a thing these folks say. And to top it off, they charged my credit card the same day I order.

My product was not on time due to Covid. I expected that given the circumstances. My dad loves the grill smoker and we’re going to try it this week on some chicken. Got him some samples of wood chips to try out. Overall experience is good with BBQGuys.

Item came as expected on time. Team helped answer questions and I felt very comfortable with my purchase.

Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish! Ordered the Cuisinart bbq utensil set (21piece). My transaction with BBQ guys was great and the product was good. Only issue I had was with the product, the tongs are not solid enough to hold onto anything more than a hotdogs or small piece of chicken.

My order was delivered promptly and communication was great. And the grill I got is absolutely amazing. And this shopping experience was great and the videos are helpful. All grins :-)

We ordered three items form BBQ Guys and were delighted with the quality of the products as well as the communication form the BBQ Guys. One item was back ordered which we knew at purchase and we informed of the status of the particular item as well as the expected ship date. All items were received and have been put ot good use. Will definitely check the BBQ Guys first before making any similar purchases in the future. Thanks

I placed and order on May 25 with a delivery date no later than June 10. I did not receive my item so I attempted to contact them 3 times for an update and just today (6-25-2020) they send me an email indicating that the shipping date is now August 21. Its bad enough that you have to wait for an item for 3 months after you have paid for it, but the customer service communication was terrible. Also, they continue to send me emails indicating the same the item is available for purchase!! Buyer definitely beware!!
