ALL WAS GOOD WITH MY ORDER SO CAN'T COMPLAIN

We bought the DoJoe and loved it. BBQGuys were fantastic with the order. It arrived well packaged and on time. Now we love making Pizzas Every weekend.

Bought a Kamado Joe classic 2 for $1199. Came damaged. Gasket ripped halfway around and bent latch. Been painful so far trying to return it. Buy a grill from somewhere else. No I dont want to repair a grill that came damaged on arrival. Are you kidding me?

Very happy with the customer service I received from BBQ Guys!! I placed an order for 2 drawer pull, cabinet doors and a double burner. They arrived on time and were packaged, put on a crate, and wrapped to ensure there was no damage; and there wasn't!!! The delivery personnel and delivery was SUPERB!!! The quality of the products I purchased was also SUPERB and will last forever. THANK YOU BBQ GUYS!! Because of you our outdoor kitchen is the complete, total oasis.

If there was an option to put "0" stars I would. I ordered patio heaters and a controller [Bromic] over 5 weeks ago. My written order confirmation from BBQGuys says it ships within 24-48 hours. I attempted unsuccessfully their online chat several times, called after being on hold for over 30 minutes more than once, and sent several emails looking for shipping/delivery information without success. Apparently, you cannot believe a thing these folks say. And to top it off, they charged my credit card the same day I ordered so they have had over $1,500 of my hard-earned cash for over a month.

Great product ! It should last for many years .. seems vey we’ll constructed ! BBQ guys will be my choice if I need anything else in outdoor cooking

Bought my Kamado Joe via BBQGuys after watching a lot of their helpful video content online. The purchase was easy, the grill came quickly, and I still continue to use BBQGuys video content for grilling ideas. Very pleased with my purchase and the site.

I ordered a Lion grill on line from the BBQ guys website. It came on time, was delivered and wrapped up in a very secure cardboard box that kept the grill safe in transit. Time from order to delivery was 8 days. Perfect transaction here, very happy with my purchase and experience.
