I thought this was a great company. I had them help design my outdoor kitchen with only the best equipment available. I spent over $ 20,000.00 with BBQ Guys to insure I would have a kitchen that would last years. Taking their advise is going to cost me a new refrigerator every other year for ever. I purchased and built in the model they recommended on to have it go out in less than two years. I am now told this refrigerator will go out every year or two because it was not made for outside use. BBQ Guys recommended this for an outdoor kitchen. I am told this is their brand so they push it. ( Blaze ) even though they know it will fail. Once it is built you you do not have a choice you must keep buying garbage you know will fail because you built it into your kitchen per BBQ's recommendation.

Fast service, pleasant people, had what I couldn’t find elsewhere. Delivered to my door a week faster than promised! Said it would deliver in 7-10 days snd was delivered in 3. Amazing!

I love pizza and have wanted a wood fired pizza oven for many years, however, I was NOT going to pay the high price. My Weber kettle grill is my baby. I am always grilling, smoking, and sautéing on my grill whenever the weather allows. Now I have my wood fired pizza oven, on my favorite cooking device. It is SO easy to set up (I mean stupid easy!) And the wood flavor in the pizza is truly wonderful. I can't belive I now have my pizza oven for under $150. It arrived on time and I will buy from BBQ Guys again!

They had just what I was looking for. The order shipped and arrived quickly. Packaged well too.

Never again - and I had already several orders in. Always a questionable experience. All products in my orders showed as "Leaves our warehouse in 24 Hours" or "Leaves our warehouse in 5-7 Business Days". None of the shipments came in time as promised. And the delay is ridiculous: Two orders I put in on items came 8 weeks after ordering. I would not recommend to friends to order here - you might end up being disappointed / waiting for months. Other reviews here and on similar platform seem to share this experience.

Allyn was AMAZING! I was indecisive and not sure about anything...but what I wanted my dream to look like. It's been a lengthy process but we did it! I'm so excited and can't rave enough about how knowledge and thorough she was. Kudos on hiring such a dynamic employee.

I bought a Forno Venetzia Torino 200 pizza oven from BBQGuys and found their customer service to be horrid. After placing the order I was told the item was out of stock and would be delivered 11 1/2 weeks after the original projected delivery date. Item was ordered on 4/17/21 and finally delivered on 7/19/21 over three months later with absolutely no prior notification of the delivery. Fortunately and by chance, I was home but completely surprised with the 18-wheel truck in front of my home. Consequently, I was at a loss for what to do with this 386 pound shipping weight delivery when it arrived since I had no lead time to plan for moving the oven. Changing delivery dates, ridiculous updates from BBQGuys that were actually no update at all and eventual delivery over three months after the order was placed. Since receiving the oven I have had no communication from them other than the daily sales pitch I get in my email. Last time for me doing business with this company. As a side note don't look for any negative reviews on their web site. There is no way to leave a review and they obviously populate their site with ontly steller reveiws.

Don’t believe them. Don’t order from BBQguys. In May, I ordered Texas Original Pits ID # 307159 Texas Original Pits Ranger 16x26 Camper Grill W/ Hitch Attachment - PG-1626-SL. I read the reviews that BBQguys have bad shipping and order fulfillment practices so I called twice to verify that the merchandise was in stock and would be shipped out. The company has moved the shipment date of the pit 4 times. I wanted it for a Father’s Day gift. The shipment date is now the end of August. The entire summer is gone. This could have all Been avoided if they had a communicate that it was back ordered. Terrible communication.
