I will never do bussiness with this company again. I received destroyed grill and instead of sending me new grill I have to wait for 3 months to get parts. Very bad customer service.

Bought a Primo Xlarge Grill, purchase went smooth, although the shipping method was less than desired. Having a 375 lb. grill on a pallet dropped in my driveway is less then stellar service. BBQ should contract with shippers that will utilise a pallet truck so the item can be brought to the spot it'll sit. versus the middle of a driveway. I also reached out to customer service... 0 reply. I would have given them a 3 star if they would have at least responded.

Grill cover listed as in stock, but not at the main number. Had to call each satellite store until I found one who had it. Prompt delivery once I did.

Ordered grill mitts as a gift. Arrived promptly and the recipient is very happy with them.

I purchased a Weber Genesis II E-315 Propane Gas Grill in July from BBQGuys. Excellent purchase experience and superb customer service. Since then, I have purchased other products from BBQGuys and experienced the same great service. Thank you BBQGuys.

I chatted with an "expert" on their website and determined to order a Weber Genesis 2 grill. In the chat I was told that I would have the grill in 5 days. To sweeten the pot and get me to place the order they offered some free Wagyu hamburgers. All seemed good so I placed the order. The next day I was informed that my order would not ship on time as promised, so I checked back with them to see why. They said that the Wagyu burgers were not able to ship. What??? You mean you would hold up a $1300 grill order because the burgers would be delayed?? Made no sense to me. After determining that they were not going to get the grill to me in time for an upcoming event I cancelled the order (which they make difficult to do) and placed an order with Amazon. Of course, Amazon delivered in a couple days. BBQ Guys put a pending amount on my credit card and it stayed there for a few days, then dropped off. To my surprise, they put a second pending on my card a few days later, after i had confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I called Amex and they flagged it. In my view BBQ Guys showed themselves to be dishonest in their business practices, so I will never try to purchase from them again. YMMV

Simple order ( grill cover). Web site friendly and easy to navigate . Offerings well presented, order process easy, and delivery prompt…..what more can you want! Too early to tell about quality and durability of product

BBQ delivered as promised…product as described. Great shopping experience..perfect in every aspect, product selection, ordering, delivery and finally the BBQ itself. One stop shopping at its best.
