Purchased a customized ring and waited over a month to receive. When it finally arrived I wore it ONE time and the gold plating came off. Looks like a dimestore ring.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have purchased beaded bracelets from this company a few years ago it had the bauble bar stamp and quality was great. I just recently ordered 7 of these bracelets and basically they looked like they came from a gumball machine. This is a bait and switch situation. Advertising them as the original items purchased but now selling cheap ones. Basically the company was sold and now the new company is using their name and selling piece of crap jewelry. Customer service was no help. I hope others will help make this company go bankrupt. RoseAnn Romeo

One of my 5 bracelets came and was missing a stone. I reached out to customer service and Lastasia was so wonderful to help! They were sold out of that particular bracelets, so she refunded the price of it back to me quickly! Great customer service!

One of the necklaces that I ordered arrived missing an extra loop that lets me wear the necklace at a longer length. I emailed customer service the night I received my order and got a response the next morning with options I could decide on what to do. I emailed them my preferred option and it was handled right away. Super impressed with the prompt communication and how this was handled!

I ordered from BaubleBar for the first time for their Black Friday sale. When the earrings arrived, one was broken before I even got it out of the package. I emailed them and Anna responded within 5 minutes, got more info from me and sent me a replacement at no cost. I received the new order in 3 days. Super fast and friendly customer service. I will definitely order again!

Great Customer Service - I had ordered the Aspen Earrings, which unfortunately broke at the post. I contacted Customer Service and Tiffany was prompt and very helpful. Although she was not able to offer me a replacement due to the earrings being sold out, she did provide a full refund for the earrings. Thank you Tiffany!
