I got earrings from a Black Friday sale and they arrived with a few rhinestones missing. I emailed the customer support team and Tiffany was amazing at getting back to me right away and helping. Unfortunately the earrings were sold out but she did refund me right away. Fast communication and responses were greatly appreciated especially during the holidays!

I bought a bracelet as a Birthday gift, it arrived broken. Contacted them right away. First every picture I showed them they claimed they couldn't see it. Finally after the 7th picture they said they would send out another one but it wouldn't arrive for over 3 weeks. Sorry that wasn't an option. Then they said I could only get a 20% discount. I reluctantly agreed but stated my anger and told them I'd be leaving abad review. They then replied hours later stating they would issue a full refund once the item was returned and that it could take up to 2 months. Really are you kidding me. Then they send 20% back but state that shipping is not included so I'm the lucky recipient of a whole 11.45 cents and a broken bracelet that can't be worn. Stay far away from this company

Repeated customer of BaubleBar and normally no issues with receiving packages, however my most recent one was stuck somewhere in NJ for about a week. It was estimated to arrive in time for the birthday recipient but didn't look like it was going to make it. I reached out to BaubleBar to ask about it. I emailed using their website portal fully expecting to not hear anything back. Tiffany reached out within a couple of hours and was 100% committed to helping me figure out where my package is. She asked for a few details and confirmed that everything was ordered correctly. But she had no insight into why it was "lost" in a NJ warehouse. Without hesitation she asked if I would like a refund or if I would still like the item. I asked for the item and she placed a new order immediately. Her communication and helpfulness was on point! Unfortunate that it was stuck in that gray "shipping" realm with no details. 6 days after the estimated delivery the package arrived. The 2nd order that Tiffany sent will be sent right back to them. It was a great experience from a retailer and I will continue to shop there!

Bauble Bar makes seriously awesome jewlery, the quality is phenomenal and has yet to tarnish after a year of wear... I had an issue where one of my fine jewelry from Bauble Bar broke and they were so kind and helpful when replacing the necklace and did not charge me.
