I purchased a custom nameplate necklace for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loved it and wore it almost every day. Until unfortunately the chain broke. I reached out to customer service and Jamie responded right away, was super friendly and resolved the issue quickly offering a replacement or a refund (my daughter of course wanted the replacement because she loved the necklace so much)!

Great experience! I ordered a necklace from Baublebar, it is so cute, but one of the gemstones came slightly loose and I was worried it would fall off soon. I reached out to customer service and Devin responded immediately. He was so helpful and swiftly replaced the damaged part of my necklace, no questions asked.
