I had an awesome experience with customer care! Specifically Malachi. I just had got a necklace and I was taking it off before getting into water and the chain broke right at the clasp. I reached out to customer care and they were very quick to answer and send a replacement free of charge!

I ordered a Mickey mouse bag charm and when I received it, the nose was torn off. They say because items are final sale you're not able to return them but I contacted customer service and they helped me out by sending me another one. They were very helpful.

They literally shipped an empty box and did nothing to correct the issue. Told me to file a claim with USPS. How ridiculous!!! Their customer service is a joke.

The magnet in the necklace clasp popped out on arrival and she immediately put in the request to send me a replacement super fast response and cannot wait to received my replacement necklace!
