I necklace I purchased broke (the chain broke) after having it for a week. It was a very dainty chain. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and apologetic. I was issued a replacement right away and also offered a refund if that is what I preferred. I am very pleased with the experience especially since it was a sale/final sale item.

The quality and pricing are terrible. I ordered a personalized necklace and it was a good length. Did a follow-up order of two of the same necklace and they were 2 inches shorter. Customer service sucks. I had to send them several photos with measurements. In the end, they told me the necklaces were the correct length and they could not assist me. THEIR ERROR! Avoid!

I purchased a bracelet recently and it broke about a week later ! However I sent a couple pictures to their CS department and within minutes I got a response they ultimately sent out a replacement that day. Malachi was such a delight

Wonderful customer service!! I sent an email regarding a return I had sent and Malachi was on it!! She checked my order, put through my refund and sent me a very nice email- all within an hour! Amazing! Not too many companies take care of their customers like that now. Thanks again Malachi!
