I ordered a letter initial necklace for my daughter’s 12th birthday. I received the box today and excitedly opened it up. Sadly there wasn’t a necklace inside. I emailed BaubleBar right away letting them know what happened and within minutes Tiffany from BaubleBar messages back and assists me. Her kindness and compassion was so appreciated and within 30 minutes she had another necklace shipped to me. Things happen and sometimes orders get messed up. I understand and I appreciate Tiffany’s willingness to make things right and help make Kali’s 12th birthday special with this necklace I ordered! I cannot wait to post a video of my daughter’s reaction, she is going to be so happy! I will definitely be a returning customer and sharing this amazing company with all! Thanks again Tiffany!

I purchased a few necklace charms and unfortunately I did not realize that the metal would fade after being in the pool and using sunscreen (my own fault). I reached out to BaubleBar and Morgan was extremely helpful and understanding and gave me a couple options. A very easy process! I’d still purchase from this site, but will be more cautious next time and make sure I’m not mixing the metals with lotions or water.

Very pleased with the quick response to my request of canceling an order. Silly me did not look ahead of time that customized gifts cannot be returned but they made an exception. For that I am incredibly grateful. Purchased the correct order after with ease.

I got a gold plated bracelet from Bauble Bar for Valentine's Day. I thought it was really cute. The issue is that the extension chain and lobster clasp are not gold plated. So that portion is already completely tarnished after only a month. Very disappointing!

I finally got a customized bracelet with my baby’s name. I was sooo excited to receive it. It was beautiful when I got it, but I made the unfortunate mistake of getting a size too big. I was super bummed of my own mistake, but Chani at BaubleBar helped me with ordering the right size and correct my own fault.
