I bought an item on a gift card which ended up not working for me. There was an expiration issue with my card. I asked an agent, Andrea, to help expedite my return. She did! I received an immediate refund the day they got my return. Andrea made me a customer of Bauble Bar forever. The pendant I purchased was too heavy for me but gorgeous! You can trust these people!
