So when I received the custom bracelet (purchased as a gift), the chain was messed up a little bit, it was kind of twisted up in a way and misaligned. The first time I dealt with customer service was wonderful and they quickly agreed to send out a replacement and didn’t even ask for the damaged one back. However, the replacement came, and there was a stone that was supposed to be glued into a hole, but it arrived with the stone randomly glued to the side of the bracelet (I know this is hard to imagine, but just think of a stone sticking off the side of a solid piece of smooth metal, and missing a stone in the place where it should be). I contacted them again and asked if I could send it back to have them repair it. I was hoping they would offer SOME solution, but I was very disappointed that they wouldn’t repair it. They didn’t offer to replace it either. I guess I just wouldn’t have expected to receive a defective item TWICE. The bracelets can still be used, and the gold tone is pretty. Honestly it could be a fluke, because this is exactly the sort of weird inconvenience that I seem to be plagued with in life. You know, a “just MY luck” situation. Story of my life… ugh. I would still recommended them though because I think the odds of this happening twice to someone else are pretty low. Still, do what you will with this info and shop at your own risk. I considered trying to remove the stone myself to glue it into the hole it should have been in, but I was too afraid of damaging the gold plating and then making a mess with glue.

I bought a custom phone case and absolutely love it!! However I noticed only a few days after I received it, clear film was coming off of the lettering. I reached out to support and got Andrea who helped me out so much. She was quick and responsive to me, and she informed me this happens as it is excess film from manufacturing.

I had an issue with my order and emailed support. Morgan responded quickly, was apologetic, and offered multiple options to rectify the issue. Once I provided direction on what I wanted to do, she was on top of it and sending me a replacement! I am super happy with the level of customer service, unfortunately that’s hard to find these days!
