I received a necklace as a gift and a few weeks later the chain broke. I was so sad but the two customer care reps I worked with (Jamie & Kara) were so helpful. They were able to help get me a replacement necklace ordered (free of charge) and not have to even involve my friend who gifted me the necklace. Everything was so quick and resolved in less than 24 hrs!
