Received an item that must have broken in shipping back in January. Only opened it yesterday because it was a gift to give and was still in the packaging. Mickey Mouse stud earrings and the head had detached from the back. Jamie was the rep who helped me and was kind enough to even reopen the return window so I could exchange it. Even easier than Amazon! Have been a customer for years and my favorite for Mickey items. Really happy they could help me with this.
