Shopping online is always unavailable when choosing to pick up in store This is not the 1st time this has happened the app kind of sucks for me.

My wife and I love Bath & Body. We have soaps, scents, lotions and more all around the house. We even give them as gifts and everyone is a fan. They're so creative with their fragrances that we cannot keep up. We're customers forever.

“I had a terrible experience with the Bath and Body Works return policy. Instead of offering an easy online option, you have to call a number. I spent forever waiting on the line, only to have my issue go unresolved. It’s frustrating and time-consuming. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you think you might need to return something.”

Your plug in air fresheners are peeling the paint off my wall… I assume it’s the fumes from the oil?!? Either way it stripped the paint off the edging above my kitchen AND bathroom!! Never again will I buy one of those!

I have been a customer of Bath and Body Works since they first opened. I always had a great experience and very pleasant smells from different products such as sprays, oils, wall fragrances, lotions, candles, etc. Lately the products are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. Also, they change scents too fast, so when I really like something, I can only order it once because it’s already gone. Same with candles and sprays. Everything changes so fast. Also the wall fragrances do not have the names of the scent on the bottle so I never know what to order when I like something. The name only comes on a tag that we throw away when we open it to use it. But other than these few things, I really luv Bath & Body Works.

I really love the quality of the products including lotion, body sprays as well as the mens products such as bar soaps, lotion and beard and face wash. I especially love the candles which can be a little pricey. I can only order the candles if there is a sale available. Please consider a more affordable price for scented Wax

I've purchased products from B&BW since 1992. But in the last 5 years, their service and standard has tanked. First, I've endured three Wallflowers orders with broken products, because their warehouse workers clearly don't understand glass is breakable. They shove these tiny glass bottles into a huge box with ZERO protection, leaving them to roll around and bash together, breaking in the box. Now, I've gotten an order of the hand sanitizer sprays I've purchased for years, only to find they're now a THIRD of the size (from 3 ounces down to 1)...for the SAME PRICE! It's absolutely outrageous, and I'm completely disgusted with the money-grubbing morons who run this company. I'm done. They've lost a decades-long loyal customer. Never, ever again.

My last two online purchases have arrived with leaking bottles of soap. Today’s replacement bottle arrived and it also was leaking. Each time I called customer service, I complained that they are shipping bottles without the plastic wrap and the caps are loosening and soap is spilling out. I’ve asked them to ship me bottles with the wrap but it falls upon deaf ears.
