Yesterday was my bday and I did not get any present as usual after my purchase the manager promised to call me back but he never did. I'm very disappointed.

Their website is terrible! I tried to remove items they say are no longer available and there is no option to remove them from cart but it won’t let you check out. You add other items and at check out, it says no longer available but again, you can’t remove them! I tried refreshing, reloading app, using direct to server website. So frustrating so after an hour, I gave up and won’t be ordering!

I wish I had an option to give them 0 stars. Incomplete order delivered. Contacted many times, multiple emails sent no action yet. Shame on you for robbing off people's hard earned money.

i made an order with 2 soaps and one came physically broken yet they both arrived unscrewed and soap was everywhere. after chasing up for nearly a month i have still received no help and am told i will only get a replacement for one yet both came broken and the customer service is just awful i was told i'd have to wait 1-3 days and it has now been 3 weeks.

I have purchased the car deodorisers for my car , but the last puchase has leaked onto my BMW X3 dashborrd & melted the light switch plus the panel it is attached to! It had ruined my dash ! Do not buy this product , it is going to be a very costly experience & is toxic to paint & plastic surfaces ! Sent photos of damage & told to go back to store where purchased 🙃

I placed an order online and I am exempt from paying taxes (Canadian Aboriginal). Each time I call no one can help me. Apparently I have to fill out a form but no one can tell me where to find it. Most of the people I spoke to cannot speak English or very poor. They have crappy service, and I would never order online again. You would think they would better accommodate their customers and treat us like we are human.

I just bought the new vanilla bean noel products and they all stink!!! They dont smell like vanilla at all, actually there is no parfum in them. They smell rotten. And i cant send the products back, because i have to be the one that does it all, they dont sent someone to pick them up, and i have to send them back in f-in Poland. They dont even have a place in every country where you can take the products back. Im wondering when will my products arive in Poland and if im gonna ever see my money back!!!! So it seems like i just trow away money with this stupid order!!

I really prefer to write positive reviews. But I have purchased online from bath and beauty works many many times and this last time was not a positive experience. I ordered 18 foaming and gel hand soaps. I do know how to open them and had no problem with most of them. However 3 of the hand soaps and 2 of the gel soaps just wouldn't open. I actually couldn't find the little notch on 2 of the foaming soaps even though I tried all the way around. One of them I just couldn't get the push foam thing to line up no matter what I did. With those gel soaps, no matter how I held the bottom and how much I turned the cap, and I tried in both directions, I couldn't get it to pop up. There were also 3 of the foaming gel soaps that already came opened which made me think that maybe someone else had ordered them first. I am very disappointed. I have never had these problems before. I have kept confirmation of order and shipping of this order in case it is needed. Note that the box came with everything I ordered but *did not* come with a written receipt as it always has in the past.
