I've always had great experiences with Bath & Body works. I normally order online when they offer the 75% off deals and on the one time I received damaged product, the customer service dept. refunded the product right away... no issues. I wish they would have more sales, the product is good, but the prices are getting higher than most of their competition.

All of my interactions with Bath and body Works are not perfect but when I do receive something missing, opened during transit or defective in some way, I always get a free replacement with free shipping with no hassle when I get a product I don’t like I take it to a Bath and Bodyworks store and exchange it for something of equal value that I do like, the delivery service that they use is another story my items come from all different delivery companies, and always the packing and the box are damaged from rough handling and transport. which is the main reason why the items come damaged.

Very good products! Bath and Body had a special sale (40% off). My husband and I bought a little bit more than usual. I bought a ,,bath salt" (Eukalyptus and Spearmint). It was sooooo good. My skin feel super soft and I honestly do feel less stressed. I really do love it and I am defently gonna buy it again!
