I went in store to pick up my PAID order. There was 1 person in that line being helped. When the girl took care of her she went to another line and helped checkout another customer. I waited patiently for her to get done. I figured I was next. Not the case. She began helping the next customer in line and then said to me, “I’ll be there in a minute”, spoken in a manner like I was putting her out. (By the way, there were 2 cashiers). She came over to where I was and didn’t acknowledge me. I showed her my phone order and she went to the back to get it. She handed my order to me and still didn’t say a word, NO thank you, NO have a nice day, nothing. This kind of employee attitude does not make for a good shopping experience.

Package not sent and still date is in the air after a week late. I tried to message chat 3 time waiting over an hour each time. Never again! No more deliveries. Why have chat text if you are not going to respond? Guarantee this company will belly up soon. Didn’t they own bath and Beyond and Buy buy Baby? They went belly up! Garbage customer service for a company that charges $20 a candle! HORRIBLE!

Very disappointed. Placed order online yesterday morning...checked at store this afternoon to see if I could by chance pick order up..because no email yet. Manager lectured me to leave and wait for email. She was very rude loud and out of control. Done with this store. Ended up canceling the order. Please fire this awful woman. I adore Bath&Body Works because it offers various fragrances, allowing me to select one based on my mood! My preffered product is the body lotion, moisturized my skin and the scent lingers for a long time!! Thanks to the team.

$10 delivery and been 2 weeks and still not shipped. Only emails saying working on order . Called to cancell and was told I can’t cancell but when comes to return to store. What’s the pint for online order? Terrible customer service

Had a really disappointing experience here . Be aware of the buy 3 get two free complicated signage which they do not clearly explain at the purchase point. The sales assistant was charming but did not offer a clear explanation . I queried it as I walked away and went back to check about 5mins later to be told tough luck no returns - pretty unkind - really felt this was duplicitous and as a company they have no concern for their customers - and are our to make a lot of money - it’s the buyer beware syndrome. Sad as they could be amazing .

I like b&bw for the most part. I shop there frequently. I recently bought 5 wall flowers because they were on sale but I DO NOT smell the fragrance and I have one right by my front door and still cannot smell it! I have one in my room and nope, no smell. What’s up with this B & BW?!

Specific to their Sydney Home Bush store. Firstly they follow you all round the store not letting you have a moment to test their products, even though they have testers. It feels like they don't want you to use them just push you out. I spent well over $100 only to be pulled up at the exit while they checked my pockets. I am over 50 and have never been treated like this in a store for no reason. If I hadn't already bought and paid for products I'd have walked out. I fully understand stores experience shoplifting, but surely they also don't want to put off good paying customers.
