Ordered items online with a gift card, all items but 3 were cancelled though everything was registered in-stock on the website. Proceeded to receive a slew of small ticket gift cards instead of a refund of both of the cancelled orders. Bath and Body representative was kind enough to consolidate the gift cards into one that will be sent to me in a week or so, so I'm not even able to use it before I pick up the 3 items they actually had in stock. I don't wish to return to this establishment, so having to wait a week for my money to come back is frustrating. Horrible experience, I would not recommend if you can help it, and if you can't avoid it... Do your shopping IN STORE. The website will lie to you about availability, give you the run around, and you'll be left wondering why you made the purchase in the first place.

This company is the worst company to resolve issues with online orders. The so called customer service is non-existent. If you finally reach a live person after a long time on hold the so called customer representative most likely can’t help. I ordered items to be shipped and after placing the order, I noticed it had an old shipping address. There is no place on a customer’s account to change addresses if a customer has moved. That is ridiculous. They claimed they got the shipping address off of my credit cards shipping address. This is incorrect! I changed my address months ago on my credit cards. So I immediately called to change the shipping address and was told they can’t change it. They said once I received the tracking number I could go in and have the shipping company deliver to another address. This is incorrect information being given the customers. I tried that and there was no place to request the order be delivered to a different address. Consequently, it was supposedly delivered to the old address. It was an apartment complex and I drove 45 minutes to my old address to find it was NOT there. Again, here I go online to find out where my order was. After hours of being on hold add transferred numerous times, I finally reached a live person who actually helped. She resent a replacement order to my current address at no extra charge. AND after all of that one item was damaged. Long story short, after over an hour to get a replacement, I was told it was sent AGAIN to the old address and could not be changed to my new address. What is wrong with this company? They need to start at the top and fire the whole bunch and start over. Sorry for the long review, but this is actually a condensed version. I would not recommend this company to anyone. AND after all of that, the issues were still not resolved.

I placed an order online and purchased enough product to qualify for free shipping. It took over two weeks before the order shipped and it was delivered to a local post office and not my home. I am highly upset because I cannot drive at the moment due to a recent surgery. So, now I must figure out how I am going to get my package.

Since WHEN did Bath & Body Works start using DoorDash to deliver packages?! 😡 Had I known my order was going to be delivered this way, I honestly would have thought twice before spending my money! My Dasher marked my package as DELIVERED, yet NOTHING was delivered to me. So now I’m left wondering where my purchase is and who is going to take responsibility for it. Bath & Body Works, this is beyond frustrating! Customers work hard for their money, and we deserve to receive what we pay for. If you’re going to use third-party delivery services, there needs to be accountability when orders go missing. I wish I had known this before placing my order because I would have reconsidered spending a single penny. A delivery confirmation means nothing when the customer never receives the package! 🤦🏽‍♀️😤

So an update … now they took out another payment today which makes 4 payments and 1 of a different price , and credited me 1 payment back , so they still owe me 2 refunds … Made my order Oct 12,2026, took the payment out of my account same day, we are now Oct 20th order was just shipped and they took out the payment again, called customer service and was told they do that and a refund would be issued in 7-10 business days, which is not told anywhere , nor does it say they take 2 payments , so I will not order anything from bath and body works anymore , 8 days for shipping and 2 payments , not right , will wait and see if I get a refund for one of my payments … if not a call will be made again.. and hopefully I get better customer service .

While I have enjoyed Bath & Body Works products in the past, and have never had an issue in a store, this company has terrible customer service for an on-line order. After and hour+ on the phone, I finally got my issue resolved, which was a mis-delivery. I had to stand my ground to get a refund for products not delivered. The customer care associate insisted it was being mailed to my billing address, when the e-mail from the company itself showed the correct shipping address (it was a gift) and the tracking information showed it in the general vicinity of the shipping address....although, sadly, not at the shipping address. I will not order from, nor shop with, this company again after such a horrendous experience to resolve a simple issue.

I ordered 14 products online 10/10. On 10/17, they delivered 1 product and said they’d deliver the rest the same day. Late that night, I got a message that they couldn’t deliver and would deliver the next day. The same thing happened for 3 days a promise to deliver and no call or delivery. On 10/20 I called customer care and they blamed me saying the apartment number was not put in and that now 4 of my items were out of stock. I asked how they delivered 1 product if the apartment number was not listed. They had no answer just kept saying not there fault because apt number left off. They advised that they would replace the order and I would have to wait another 10 days for it to arrive. 4 of the products were no longer available and I could swap for 4 others at the same price. I gave them the 4 products and they informed me they had to refund my money for these 4 items and wait 5 - 7 days for my money back then I could place an order for 4 new items or I could just pay for them now. I told them they already have my money; swap the items and ship them. They refused, I spent 1hr on the phone and even talked to a supervisor who had no empathy and did not care if I was satisfied. Its clear this company only cares about selling products not providing good customer service. Do not purchase online products from this company

Well, my package was delivered to the incorrect address. I have ordered from Bath & Bodyworks many many many times and told them about this, and they basically said that it wasn’t their problem and that they couldn’t help me. Even though in the delivery drop off photo it’s clearly not my address. I will not be ordering from them again and my seasonal items won’t be in season by the time this is resolved, if it’s ever resolved.
