i think this is the best bath and body works the employees are so nice and know everything you ask them very clean place and just staff keep up the good work

I keep spending more money to earn rewards. My total points haven't changed in months. I needed 167 more points to get a $16.99 reward for getting 1000 points. I spent $30 since I only needed 167 more points, the total hasn't changed at all. I called their customer services which is over seas, they told me my accounts hasn't been updated in awhile. Now I need over 300 more points to get a reward after spending more money. Bottom line is, they want you to spend more money, but do not want to honor the reward you earned in the process. The overseas customer service and the store where I've been purchasing the items, were no help! The store claims the store has nothing to do with the rewards. They just advertise the program, and take your money, and don't care about the unfulfilled promises!!! Won't go there anymore!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. No customer support they hang me 3 times no one cares. My bag was stolen in the bathroom at the mall and no one try to help me.

I bought three set of the Disney princess collection and they all had some kind of mold and was really gooey inside and did not smell good after 3 day with having it.

Actually it's the Cinnaminson NJ store, the associates are wonderful. They are genuine friendly knowledgeable. I have been to a couple other stores but it doesn't have the (at home) feel and kindness the Cinnaminson store does.....do yourself a favor make that store your store you won't regret it.

I brought some beautiful pyjamas in Next sale, white with pink ski pictures. £17 instead of £50. Material felt nice and silky, all good til I washed them. Half an hour on 30 wash. They shrunk slightly but could still wear them. Washed again shrunk even more, down from a 14 to a size 10. So wouldn't buy from them. Sorry Bath and bodywork x

While I like the products they are pricy if you don't get them on sale. I'm disappointed that the 3 wick candle doesn't burn down to the bottom. Yes I could use them in my warmer but I have too much to use.
