Bath and Body Works was ok, when you could use your rewards on accessories. Nothing in that store is worth the prices! If I'm going to pay a lot for perfume, I am going to go ahead and pay a bit more for designer perfume. Also you cannot vote to bring back past scents unless you are on Instagram. The majority of bbw customers whom use Instagram are probably too young to drive.

Bath and Bodyworks please get it together! I am a long time customer and these changes that keep happening with the points system has gotten out of control🙁 I always enjoyed using my points for pocketbacks and candle holders I would make goodie bags for the girls in my family and rave how they should sign up for all the perks but lately your company has gotten so stingy and honestly we should be able to use our free item on anything we choose within that price range! Make it right please your customers are your bread and butter! Stop making so many restrictions and treat us right! Very Respectfully, Unhappy Customer

I can't even believe I earned an $18.95 reward, which excludes wallflower plugs and candle holders (which I generally use my rewards on), and then charge me $10.99 shipping unless I spend more $, leaving me in fact with less than an $8 reward! B&BW's Rewards program is less than ridiculous!

The packaging came in a blue recycled bag, with several damaged products. The box sent does not look to be sent from a legitimate company. All the products were just thrown in a box. Would not recommend ordering online.

Online needs an update. Filled a cart, all items gave the option to ship. Yet at checkout anything with a spray can't be shipped. Many items say online only yet when you go in store to pickup all the items with sprays that couldn't ship those items you now paid shipping for are right there. To make all this worse, 1 item got cancelled, attempted to chat in to get it set for pickup at another store was told once its cancelled its cancelled. Was then give the Canadian customer service number. Finally got to US customer care and the price wasn't honored.

ZERO STARS!!! The issue started when I originally Places my order. UPS lost it. They made me wait 20 days until ups realized they lost it. They sent another package. It arrived. Only one problem… I received a ziplock bag of empty containers swimming in the product that should’ve been in said containers. Enraged I called the 800# 45 mins on hold I hung up. Went to the stupid chat. Two hours later no one has yet to answer the chat. At this point it’s easier to dispute the charge with my bank and that’s exactly what I’m doing! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN‼️

They give absolutely the worst customer service if you ever have to contact them. When the call picked up but no one said hello, instead you could hear them just talking in back. After saying hello forever a person came on the line, said he could not help with my order and to wait 5 days for it to cancel. I asked for a supervisor so he hung up. I call back and get a woman who lies and says she canceled my order, not true but emailed a coupon for ten dollars. So basically absolutely nothing but frustration trying to do business with this company. What she failed to mention is with that coupon I would be required to spend another $30 with Bath and Body Works and that is not happening.

Worst online shopping experience ever with Bath & Body Works. I’ve placed the same order FOUR TIMES, and they’ve cancelled it every single time with no proper explanation, no apology, and no solution. Just a generic cancellation notice after making me wait. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I expected better from such a big brand. If you can’t fulfill orders, why even list them on your site? And where is the customer support when we need answers? I used to love Bath & Body Works, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. Do better.
