At least 3 of the bottles of soap I ordered had opened lids and had leaked into the box. You would think for what they charge, they could put a piece of plastic or tape over the top to keep it from opening in transit.

WARNING DANGER Where do I even start!! I both candle at them. I lighted them and left 2 min. I came back and oil explosions happened in my living room. Thank god I didn't have my kids around. I found oil drops stains everywhere on my wooden floor, carpet and my brand new frame TV That is now ruined forever. I reach out to the customer service but I was ignored since 3 months.... I wish can speak to someone for some kind of réparation.

I ordered a gift set well in advance for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it never arrived. The tracking showed “pickup failed,” and there was no progress for over a week. Every time I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to “wait 48 hours,” but nothing ever changed. When I asked to cancel, they told me I’d have to wait another 10 days for a refund — leaving me with no gift and no money to buy a replacement. Very disappointing experience. I won’t shop with them again.

I recently bought Gentle and Clean foaming hand soap, specifically " White Tea and Sage." The smell was so nice, and it stayed longer on my hands. It was on sale, so I decided to go back to the store and buy different scents. It's really worth it. When asked what I am using, I proudly say a branded one with almost the same price as the ordinary hand soaps in the grocery store.

Do NOT and I repeat do not order online! This company is so corrupt it baffles me, they will say it's one price and the just change it and take more without having any contact with you, I will never order online from.the again, the agents are as useless as tit's on a bull. Save yourself the headache just shop in store if you think you need any of this overpriced stuff, there is much better avaliable for less money and not a scamming company.

I went for a purchase and planned on using a gift card. No knowing theca mount on card i figured I could apply and pay the difference. Cashier said the card said insufficient funds. It had never been used before by me.She kept punching all sorts of numbers. Asked me the value and I had no idea, it was a gift. Asked. E to guess I said. Maybe $25? She said yes it came up to thatcp amount and i owed $10.93. Gave her $11 and said round it off. Then she coukd not end the transaction. Another person got involved and said my card had zero. Yes, because they used it for my purchase. They said my card had no funds and had zero balance and voided the transaction. I then paid for the entire amount thin,ing that they were not capable to use my unused gift card. Handed me the card back with a receipt saying zero balance. I never got the use of that card, they took it all and I should have walked out with nothing. I will never patronize any of your stores again. And will spread the word to NEVER purchase a gift card. I got robbed!

I'm currently working here in Singapore and i always loved to visit Bath & Body Works Singapore causeway point. This is because staff s named Mercy is so kind to assists me when i need something to buy at the store. She is very knowledgeable in Bath & Body products, and she recommended exactly what i want to buy. Thank you.

Since Bath & Body changed their rewards program, I would give them a zero if I could. The have increased their prices so much that’s it’s ridiculous! Bath & Body Works increased the amount for their Rewards Program which is great, but added more exclusions to their program which include wallflowers, soap holders, candle holders to name a few. Since you can’t use your rewards on soap holder or candle holders which is what I used my rewards for, it’s just not worth buying their overpriced products! So disappointed in Bath & Body Works! I hope they read these reviews so they can understand how unhappy their customers are with this policy change!
