Worst customer service ever, that's what happens when you dont care about customers and hire people from overseas cheap! Can't understand the broken English and they dont comprehend issues. On hold over 20 min is ridiculous.

I visited your store in Ridge hill # 82293, had a wonderful experience there. Now Alicia was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products and helped me with picking out the right combo of these lovley fragrances. I did not get the young guys name sorry but he knows his products as well. Nice store to visit and not crowded at all. Ty I will be returning soon.

Not having a local BBW, I order gifts online every year for the nursing home my parents are in. Never again, I'll switch to Goosecreek. EVERY package I've received had leaks, empty soap bottles, dented room sprays, etc. They WILL refund, but that process takes 2 hrs of your time. This last shipment had 6 "damaged" items, but the rest will not be as giftable as I'd like. It looks like stuff I've picked up at a yardsale. A little bubble wrap stuffed in there would have prevented all that. All that after it took 2 days to order because their website is always down.

Ordered 150.00 dollars worth of product online. Out of 16 gel and foam handsoaps 4 didn't leak onto other products in transit. There has to be a better way to ship these with the promises of no leaking upon delivery. Had to spend the day washing all the items off which was not a part of my day.

ordered online first order said there was a problem. so I reordered the same one again and said the same thing. so I figured that it did not work then got conformation on both order. So I called them to tell them that I only wanted the 1 order they told me not to pick up the order in store then to send back the stuff coming in the mail. I then told him I still wanted the one but refuse to listen to me. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER.

Customer service, honoring online prices, talked with a few employees at two different stores and even they told me how bad online ordering and the crazy excuses customers are told, with that being said I can't and will not be spending $300-$500 a year with Bath and body works anymore, glade plug-ins are lower priced and they actually value their customers.
