The 800 Customer service is awful, Iam on hold as we speak, pnhold for 40minutes. I have called several times, no one answers, Come on on B&B works, you got to do better.

Your add stated 2 3 wick candles for $26 thru the 15th of September. Went in about 245pm only to be told the sale ended in the morning. I just read a review stating the same issue. How about wording your add on the actual date it ends. why state the next morning,while the store is closed and obviously no one can get in before the store is open.

Great service in the Trafford centre when I purchased some shower gels and body lotions. The saleswoman kindly helped me when my arms were full from other bags. She also pointed out that I had missed an offer. Thank you, she went out of her way to be helpful when the counter was busy.

Last night 9/13/25, I received an email stating tomorrow only the foaming soap refills would be $10.99 only. So first thing I did this a.m. was run up to the store when it opened. I was told I didn’t read the fine print. I came home to reread the ad. Lo and behold in a really small paragraph way down in the email was stated the sale ended today BEFORE store hours began. Add insult to injury the Manager was anything but pleasant. She told me I could have ordered on line BEFORE the store opened. Stupid me! I have been purchasing from them for sometime, but no more. No wonder they have so many terrible reviews.

If I could’ve gone below a one star I would have. I went into Bath & Body on Sunday, August 31 to redeem my $18.95 free gift that I earned by spending a lot of money. I was told the only thing I could purchase was the refill hand soaps because everything else was on sale. They offered me absolutely no solution no help whatsoever. I did call customer service today. They offered me no solution and no help whatsoever either. I did try to purchase a wall decorative diffuser that was $18.95 and was told politely you can’t use that I said but it’s $18.95. They said we’re not allowed to sell those in that promotion. Bath & Body Works is ripping people off. I’m appalled at how many times I’ve spent so much money in that store to be slapped in the face and told there’s nothing in the store that’s worth $18.95 that I could get for free because everything was on sale.

I love their sales. But they have a habit of putting to many items into the bags and they break open. Their bags are not well made. I also have an issue with emails telling us about a one day sale for soaps for 3.50. I didn't even get the email for this one day sale till after 3 PM day of sale. So of course I missed out on the soap sale. I was there picking up an order and hadn't received the email as of yet. Probably won't be shopping there as much as I normally do now. I was waiting for the soaps to go on sale.
