2nd time I did NOT receive all of my paid order online. No one answers customer service phone line. There is a wait that’s too long to chat. Finally got a person on chat after being 122 persons ahead of me. Said they would send out my package express and include a gift for my troubles. Got my item I paid for but no gift!! Poor service, I’ll never order online again!!!!!!

We visited the store yesterday at Cherry Hill Mall in NJ. My husband and I had a delightful experience, the shop attendant on the door was cheery, friendly and extremely helpful. We purchased a number of items, hand soap and 3 wick candles we have yet to try the candles but the lemon kitchen hand soap smells divine and is one of our favorites and the Fresh Balsam is a lovely Christmas scent. Price wise we couldn't complain the 3 wick candles were significantly reduced in price and the foaming hand soaps were only $3.70 for the scent of heaven.

Several weeks ago, I discovered Leather Bound Pages foaming soap. I was skeptical at first & not too impressed with the scent description or front of the bottle. However, it is by far, my new favorite! Excellent customer reviews & also asking to have this scent in the bath soap, lotions, candles, etc. I was running low on my foaming soaps & headed to Bath & Bodyworks, with my coupon. Much to my surprise, this wonderful product is no longer available! Needless to say, I was very frustrated & upset. E-bay to my rescue! I'm wondering if other customers that enjoy this new scent, are aware that it is no longer available. Hopefully, they too, will voice their opinions. The power goes with the numbers. I left a message on the Bath & Bodyworks website, but, doubt, I'll get any response. So many of the fragrances get discontinued. Many are high in demand. I don't get the thought process & then they keep the same ole tired fragrances around for years. Makes no sense whatsoever. Seems to me, Bath & Bodyworks is going in a different direction. I don't like it.

I’m not sure what happened to the BBW we all used to love. They have gone way downhill. Such a disappointment! From ridiculous prices on candles that smell burnt after only a few uses, to the change in their reward program (take away things from your customers and limit what they can get. Brilliant) right down to the horrible customer service. Especially the Live Chat! What a nightmare it is to contact and communicate with an agent on there. Lately my rewards and coupons won’t apply and then I have to deal with customer service (which literally can take over an hour) to have them manually apply them. We have a small store in our neighborhood. It never has anything in stock. It’s not even fun shopping there anymore because of their new reward program. You are so limited in what you can get now. Why even bother shopping with them when you can’t use a reward for something you want. Used mine up and that’s it. I’m done with them.

What used to be an AWESOME company is now HORRIBLE! The customer service is abysmal! I would spend around $100-200 per month as my guilty pleasure. After having many issues with orders and having to deal with their customer service unfortunately I will be spending ZERO DOLLARS! Looking for a new candle line to invest my monthly dollars! So SAD!

Placed an online order for pickup, most of which got cancelled as the store did not have it in stock (website said it did). Along with inaccurate stock numbers the customer support was pretty much useless. I wanted to cancel the remaining order as there was only about 2 items of my order actually available which I would have to drive about an hour to pickup (that's my closest location). When asked if they could just cancel so I could get a refund they told me that was not an option I would have to wait 5 days for the order to be cancelled due to non pickup. When frustration was expressed with that outcome (having to wait over 5 days for refund) they finally admitted I could call the store and have them cancel it, why wasn't this provided with the option of waiting 5 days originally and why can't I cancel the order for a mistake their company made?

The sel associate was not polite et bery rude. They should learn how to treat customers with more respect.

Ordered Bath & Body Works for a birthday gift, but after 4 days, the order still hasn't been packed or shipped. Their website states that they usually ship within 1-3 business days. When I contacted customer service, "Joshua" said, "You have to give them 3-7 days to ship." Really, I told him that is not what their website clearly states. According to their order tracking, they are only packing orders from 10/12 today. This would mean my order placed on 10/18 would not even be packed for 2-3 more days. Pathetic excuse for customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE if you need it delivered in less than 2 weeks!
